The SafeThink Coach-the-Coach training program allows your company to deliver the SafeThink course when you need it, where you need it!
When your selected employees have completed our Coach-the-Coach course, your company can use your own internal coaches to ensure all staff, new and experienced, receive SafeThink training to be more productive in a healthier, safer, workplace.
The SafeThink Coach-the-Coach course uses a variety of training techniques to ensure solid results. Group work, guided discussion, and video-recorded sessions are a few of the methods we use to help your people learn.
The easy-to-use Coach’s Manual presents step-by-step instructions so that team leaders, supervisors, safety specialists, and human resource personnel can easily register, facilitate, and evaluate SafeThink participants' learning.
